Parisian styled jazz, aromatic breakfast from a Japanese bakery, a conversation of a chef and the neighbors……


This is the magic of a white chef – a bakery that uses organic eggs, flour, and French butter to create wonders. All cloughs are finely fermented before turning into tasty pastries and cakes that customers enjoy.


The open spatial arrangement between the kitchen and display area is a direct dialogue between the chef and the customers. Flying ferment from kitchen attracts curious customers to step closer. The scent from the oven travels from within and infiltrates beyond, revealing the hot and fresh pastries and cakes.
