Parisian styled jazz, aromatic breakfast from a Japanese bakery, a conversation of a chef and the neighbors……

 

This is the magic of a white chef – a bakery that uses organic eggs, flour, and French butter to create wonders. All cloughs are finely fermented before turning into tasty pastries and cakes that customers enjoy.

 

The open spatial arrangement between the kitchen and display area is a direct dialogue between the chef and the customers. Flying ferment from kitchen attracts curious customers to step closer. The scent from the oven travels from within and infiltrates beyond, revealing the hot and fresh pastries and cakes.

 

 

巴黎早晨的爵士悠揚,混散日式烘烤香味四溢的早餐,白色廚師與鄰居活絡交談的氣氛,替代了早晨6點半的鬧鐘。

 

這是一個從有機雞蛋,麵粉,法國奶油,等高級原料,經過白色廚師的魔法,從0%100%的活發酵麵包店。各式麵包,蛋糕,都在這發酵體裡被製作,烘烤,直接熱騰騰的傳遞到每個人的手上。

 

空間的刻意安排,是無疆界的開放廚房與麵包展示區,結果是廚師與顧客的活絡氣氛。發酵體像雲朵飛散在天空上,從遠處帶領遠觀好奇的人群,再靠近,是活潑的烘烤香氣在空氣跳動,走進發酵泡泡下,眼睛裡是各式傳遞溫暖活力的熱麵包。
